  • This is just another example of why we need to abolish money. People's survival should not depend on bigots hiring them or housing them. People who want to be bigoted assholes should be able to do so...as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else's material well-being.

  • I fail to see how their religious liberty is infringed by what other people do. No one is forcing them to engage in behavior they don't approve of. Don't believe in gay marriage? Don't marry someone of your gender.Don't believe in abortion? Don't have one.

  • Very little on KPFA is Marxist. I interviewed a Marxist author in 2009. But the music, the arts, shows like Your Own Health and Fitness and Herbal Highway are not Marxist and some people think the news has gotten too conservative.

  • What an absolutely stupid decision. The services the boy's father renders as a rural doctor more than offsets whatever the boy might need from the state. Australia is thinking just like a private, for profit, insurance company.

  • This is clearly not needed. I have never just stumbled upon objectionable sexual material. I even avoid the stuff that ends up on the front page of LiveVideo.com, where I have a couple of channels, by using a direct link to my channels, and from there, going directly to my friends.
